Mkale Warner
Founder, Enveritas
Mkale Warner is the Founder of Enveritas and a Qualified Behavioral Health Associate (QBHA) with extensive experience in workforce development, program leadership, and skills-based support services.
Throughout her career, Mkale has contributed to the design and leadership of structured workforce development initiatives that support individuals facing employment, economic, and life stability barriers. As the former Chief Operating Officer of CrossPurpose, she helped build and scale a nationally recognized workforce development model focused on skill development, accountability, and long-term stability.
Her professional background spans program operations, organizational leadership, and community-based service delivery, with a consistent focus on helping individuals strengthen practical skills related to employment readiness, decision-making skills, and daily functioning.
